Wow, wow, wow, what a beautiful house! I wish we came a day earlier or were staying a day later. We walked in and couldn’t believe how much fun it would be if we had our 2 grandchildren here with us. They would get a kick out of the Mickey Mouse pool.

The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen if fully furnished. The owner is great to work with and I appreciated his help, as this was the first condo I have rented. It was too cold to swim. The hot tub and fit room are great. There is also a new tennis court, sand volleyball court and children's play area. Plenty of restaurants, attractions and stores nearby too. I would rent again!

We had a great time at the condo. Lots of room, nice kitchen, very clean & close to Disney! We'll definitely be back :)

I could not have been more happy with my stay here in the Oakwater Property. We had so much room and great accommodations; there wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't there. I usually stay in hotel rooms that my family feels cramped in; this 3 bedroom condo was the EXACT opposite. First, the price- in this day and age it is difficult to get a middle of the road hotel for less than $150.00 a night so to find this beautiful condo located SO CLOSE to Disney for less was an excellent deal. We all had our own bedrooms and flat screen tv's, a full size washer and dryer which is so helpful with a family and beautiful eat in kitchen and dinette. Second, I could access the management company or the owners if needed. In my stay I had everything so this wasn’t necessary, but what a huge plus and feeling of safety for my family! It was the best of all worlds, so close to Universal and Disney as well as having so many featured amenities’ on site to enjoy- exercise facility, swimming pool, playground and more. With the savings we had from this condo we were able to enjoy more activities and days at the parks. Thanks, I will defiantly be staying at your properties in the future!!!!

We recently stayed in this 3 bedroom condo in early August 2010 while on a family vacation. The condo is well equipped with everything you would need while vacationing for a short time period or even a long stay!!! The washer & dryers were a plus and the swimming pool was great for the kids and even myself to relax. This condo is within minutes from Disney, Downtown Disney and many, many restaurants....yet far enough away to have some peace and quite while not doing the parks. Great place to stay!!!!

We found the 4 bedroom condo Venetian Bay be an excellent value for our money. The kids had a super time in the huge swimming pool and playing on the playground. Being so close to Disney and Universal theme parks was a real plus!!!

We stayed in the Oakwater 3 bedroom condo June of 2010. The condo was perfect!!! It had all the ammenities of home and a great location to top!!! The condo is so close to all the attractions, Disney and Universal right around the corner!!! It was a great value for our money!!!

My family and I came down to Disney and stayed at this Townhouse in Oakwater. The location is great being so close to maingate and all the restaurants and shops on Rt. 192. We found it was faster to leave the park and get back to the townhouse than to take a tram to a Disney property. The townhouse was like brand new with modern appliances. The furnishings were top rate and up-to-date. The townhouse was extremely clean and well-kept. If we come back to Disney, this property will be a no-brainer for us.

We rented the condo a couple of weeks ago for a family trip to Disney, Sea World etc. We decided to rent a condo so that we could save money and eat in. What a great idea, we saved so much money! The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean! The property is perfect for families with kids, the pool has zero depth entry allowing for small children to walk in and play without the water being over their heads. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very attentive and informative. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful and Beautiful Condo!! We had stayed at Westgate across the street in August and loved that but we even loved this better!!! Everything you need is in the Condo!! And being so Close to Disney is like staying right on Property!! Would defintly get again on our Next Disney Visit!!

This home was absolutely wonderful! We had a total of six adults and seven children and we all fit perfectly! The kitchen set up was fantastic...we could all actually see one another during mealtimes and were were able to have both an adult and a kids table within a few steps of each other. There were tons of towels provided and the girls really appreciated the hairdryers in each bathroom. The family in our party with the youngest little traveller truly appreciated all of the baby items that were available for free (umbrella stroller, pack and play, highchair, etc). A three-day rental of a Disney stroller is over $80, so I know they appreciated not having to pack one from Jersey, or rent one in Disney. The house was just under a half hour from the airport and no more than 15 minutes to any of the Disney Park gates or the Transportation Center. It was close enough to the highway to make it easy to run out for milk or gas...but far enough away so that there was no noisy traffic to be heard while sipping wine out on the screened-in patio. By the time we were packing our bags to leave, we were already planning for our next trip back to Walt Disney World. This place was perfect for our small army...and we are keeping our fingers crossed, hoping this villa will be available for us to rent again on our next visit. : )

What better way to hold a family reunion! With five spacious bedrooms and plenty of "lounging around" areas, we all had a marvelous time! The location is fantastic... just far enough away from the main strips to be peaceful but close enough to be able to get to Disney in just a few minutes. The house was very clean and well maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed that the pool was a bit green and called to ask about any pool shock we could put in. The property managers knew about it already and had the pool company out to shock the pool the night before and that morning. True to their word, the pool was fine by evening. The pool guy even showed up the next morning to make sure all was well. Excellent customer service. No shortage of hot water, plates or anything else we could want. We had an absolutely beautiful time and the house made the difference. Instead of being in five or six different hotel rooms or renting a $1000 a night Disney special room, the house gave us the ability to be together at a reasonable rate with top notch facilities. When we need a place to all get together in the Orlando area, we'll be coming back :) I recommend this house to anyone with a lot of guests or family, especially little ones (the bunk beds are great!).

My family really enjoyed their stay at this home. The property was clean and well maintained. We noticed that the heating element went out in the dryer when we first arrived and the owners were very quick to get it repaired; which we really appreciated. There were plenty of towels for everyone and they weren't just small towels; which was really appreciated. The kids enjoyed having the toys to play with and the movies to watch; in addition to the pool to swim in. The house was conveniently located to all the Disney parks, restaurants and grocery store. There was a Super Target near by. We also had the need for medical attention and it was nice to see an urgent care service in the Walgreens right down the road. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was really nice going to a house at the end of the day instead of a motel room. I would recommend this house to anyone. In fact the grandkids want to come back and stay here again.

This house was great for us. We enjoyed it alot. Very roomy and clean and very close to the Disney parks. I would rent it again.

We've just returned from spending two weeks at this wonderful property on the Regal Palms resort. The house is spacious and well equipped, with comfy beds and very much needed air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well maintained. Kids had lots of fun at the pool area specialy the lazy river and water slide. It has a nice fitness center which I really liked. Overall it is a nice place to spend your vacation and will definately recommend it to our friends.

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The townhome is very nice and for the price would be hard to beat. The pool area is very enjoyable..especially the water slide. I would definately stay again.

I enjoyed staying at this property. The condo had a lot of room for our family. There were more than enough bathrooms and bedrooms for our whole group. The pool is great and it is within walking distance to the unit. It is conviently located near Disney.I would recommend taking I-4 into Disney because it is a lot quicker. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

My husband and I spent 10 days in Kissimee renting this condo. What a pleasant surprise to walk into our place and find the dining room set for fine dining-very tastefully done. The master bedroom was lovely with a very comfortable king size bed( I slept so well) and large ensuite. Upstairs the bedrooms were nicely decorated with two twin beds in each and full bathroom as well. Washer and dryer worked well.We were close to Disney and shopping and restaurants. With the g.p.s. we had no problem getting around. I cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was fine. The community pool was 87 to 88 degrees and the hot tub 104-very enjoyable and not too crowded. The gated community was very well maintained and great for morning walks. I would certainly reccomend staying here-the unit was very clean and we had a very relaxing holiday

This was THE perfect place for our family to stay--plenty of room, VERY clean, great place!! It was only a short 20 min. ride to Disney ... even shorter to the airport (Orlando MCO) the kids LOVED the pool & hottub (there are 3 or 4 pools!) and the staff is top-rate & always helpful. It is a gated community with a guard at the gate for a very secure feeling as you enjoy your vacation. There are no stairs to the 1st floor, including a bedroom and bath, which was good for my elderly parents, and 2 BR and a bath upstairs gave my family privacy, as well. I would recommend this condo to EVERYONE. (and it's a Great value!!)

We stayed in this rental from July 3-11, 2010, and enjoyed it very much. With a family of five (with three children), renting a condo is much easier and more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The unit was spacious enough that my mother-in-law was able to come stay with us for a few nights while we were there, as well. We used the kitchen daily, and the rental was a perfect base for the theme parks. We spent four days at Disney and one at Universal (which is farther away). We also spent some time in the pool and jacuzzi, as well as walking around the lake.

My family and I spent a week in this townhome. We were immediately pleased when we arrived. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Whenever we had a question regarding the home or our stay I was able to email Peter and get a prompt response which was great. The reservation process was very simple and we had no problems with our departure either. We have rented a lot of homes in Orlando and this is one of the best so far. We will definetely be staying here again.

I just wanted to let you now how much we enjoyed our stay in Orlando and how thankful we are for letting us use your rental property. The accomodations were superb and all of us felt completely relaxed and "at home" during our stay. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definately refer our friends to you in the future.

My family and I recently stayed at Regal Palms and we had an absolute blast! The townhome was fantastic and had everything we needed while the resort has A1 facilities. The pool area is incredible. The units are individually owned but if you book through www.affordablevillasneardisney.comyou will have far more control of what you get for your money and they are great to deal with.

Just wanted to touch base and let you know that we had a great time at your Florida vacation home! The weather was hot and sunny and the kids loved the pool! Your management company was quick to bring us the skimmer net. Thanks again. It was a nice, relaxing vacation.

Sorry for getting back to you so late, but we actually just got back from our vacation. As you we rented your house May 22 - 24. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for allowing us to rent it. The location is great! We really enjoyed the pool the most.

I stayed for 9 days at this wonderful house, This was my first experience in renting a house to stay, instead of staying at hotels. I have to admit it exceeded my expectations and the location and neighborhood was quite and peaceful. I have to admit I have a family that is very picky regarding the locations were we stay, all of them was enchanted with the house. I would recommend this house to everybody who wants to spend a nice vacation and have the lodging as a priority.
