Description
-This gorgeous 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is located only 5 minutes from I-4 and only 6 miles to the Disney exit. This small peaceful community, is set among superb natural surroundings.
This open floor plan home is completely outfitted with upscale furnishings and is newly painted. The main floor has a formal dining room, a great room that opens to the pool deck, a breakfast nook and a large kitchen. There are also two bedrooms on the main floor. The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen tv and a full ensuite including a spa tub, a walk-in shower and 2 sinks. The master suite also leads directly to the pool deck! The second main floor bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen tv, with a bathroom located down the hall.
Upstairs, there is a games room with a pool table and fooseball table. There are 4 more bedrooms as well. Three rooms have twin beds and flat screen tvs. The final bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. There are 2 full 3 piece bathrooms upstairs.
Home has Roku on every TV (No cable service).
The pool deck is truly amazing with brick pavers, large over sized pool and deck with a lanai. There is a heated (extra cost) pool and spa. Lounge chairs and a dining table set provide lots of space and seating options.
Grocery shopping, restaurants, golf all within 5 minutes and very close to Disney.
