Angie was great. We kept in touch with her since we had to cancel last year due to COVID. She always helped us and answered my calls and texts. She made everything easy.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice. We had lots of space and stay out of each others way lol. It was enough space to play board games and just have fun.

Great Experience!! Very fast response to my emails

Our contact was always available. Nice to talk with and always if there was an issue, part of the team would be there within a few hours.

The kitchen was adequately furnished with appliances, dishes and nice storage areas. The master bed was comfortable. Having the screened in porch in the back was nice on a sunny day.

As mentioned, Angie is conscientious and thorough. When prior booking fell through she found alternate facilities even better at comparable price.

We enjoyed our stay as evidenced by extending the stay an additional 20 days. We would like to rent in this facility again but the prices are out of reach, it appears.

Laura and her husband go above and beyond helping you in any situation. They are both responsive your needs and very professional and polite.

This was our 9th year and we will continue to come and enjoy Florida with the help of Paradise Properties.

Your team members are great. Friendly.enjoyable

Enjoyable, friendly neighbors. Quiet area. Great for walking. Any day in central Florida is better then being up north.

Angie is the best. 6 stars out of 5

The property is well appointed and quite comfortable. We have stayed here multiple times. Would stay again and plan to do just that.

Everyone is very helpful. Thanks!

per question #3 above – Just one complaint about your website – For multiple years I have found that unit availability is frequently not up-to-date. In general I always need to call.

Angie is a delight!

We stayed in this unit last year. We really enjoy its location and decor!

I had to pleasure to book with Angie and she was very helpful, she will answered all my emails and calls shes excellent

Beautiful home , everything was clean and we had everything we needed , the kids and my mother enjoy every moment in here , from the pool to the theater , to just hanging out in the living room ! It felt like home

I had many calls with Angel, as one of the management staff she always kind and caring about customers requests, whenever I asked for any maintainance she respond immediately, even we got a new baby and when I asked for baby cot she got me one immediately free of charge.

Property is clean, spacious, cost effective. I find the management staff were so cooperative and supportive.

Excellent customer service

Very clean and neighbors are very friendly

It was very clean and easy to find. Located In a very convenient area.

Angie was absolutely great to work with through replanting our trip around COVID closures.

Beautiful, well maintained, easily accessible to Disney and local grocery stores

Very professional and knowledgeable people.

The condo is huge!! Lots of light and very comfortable. The gated community is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. There are four pools, the biggest (by the clubhouse) is heated and attracts more people. I used a smaller pool when I wanted to read a book in the sunshine and went to the larger pool with my friends.

With everything up the air because of covid we had to reschedule our trip from May to July. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and very well accommodating. I would recommend this company to anyone and look forward to using them in the future.

The property was clean and well kept. The washer and dryer came In handy.

It was a relaxing memorable time spent with family and friends

Sherry & Darren are always available to help or inform us over the phone when we have any questions & whenever we have had a problem they are there so quickly. It’s always a pleasure to be looked after so well.

This stay was so unusual with Covid19 but we chose to stay for our allotted time in the warmth where we walked each day without crowds around & our local Publix was so well cared for it made us feel safe.

Everyone on your staff went out of their way to make sure we had anything and everything we needed. Angie was great as always. We got know Laura and Tim as they helped with a door lock repair. It was nice to meet and spend some real people time with the people that make Paradise Properties As special as it is.

Had a great time. Cant wait to come back. So glad we book for the next year right away. I cant imagine not being able to come back.

A short text away. Questions/comments/problems were answered within minutes.

We have been coming to Venetian Bay for over 5 years in a row and obviously thoroughly enjoy our time there. We will be returning again as long as we are able. Paradise Properties is a very professional top notch organization with their clients satisfaction at the forefront.

All members are very responsive to our needs and friendly. We totally support your team.

I belive it was 8 years ago we checked the internet and found Paradise Prperties and then met with Sheery Keast. We have enjoyed every stay we have had since then. Darren has always been there for us when needed. A water pipe burst many years ago and Darren took care of it immediately. Sherry do not change. Your guys are great.

Angie was good.

Everything said above

Very friendly and prompt when needed

To short but virus moved us

Always have a great experience with Angie & anyone of the team

We’ve been coming here for 6 years & LOVE everyday of our stays

It was very pleasant to meet Angie face to face at the wine and cheese party.

A delightful and relaxing way of avoiding a Canadian winter. We look forward to our next Florida excursion.

Team was very responsive to our phone call about the kitchen’s pots and pans.

Venetian Bay is a very nice and well maintained resort. The villa needs a kitchen update and could benefit from better light blocking curtains.

We had an excellent and really efficient team member, Miss Angela Lozano, who helped us when we booked our stay.

The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were in a good state and were pretty useful during our stay. The property was great for our stay.

Angela was very helpful

Enjoyed our vacation in the house and the amenities there were a few problems but everything else was good
