Great stay, wish it could have been longer.

The members were very freindly and put an effort into making our stay comfortable.

The stay was a good value for the money.

We have just found the place we have been looking for, for the past four years. Working with Sherry is the way we feel is the way to go, rather than renting straight from an owner. Owners don't seem to be available when you have trouble with your unit.

It's nice to drive into a resort with excellent security. We feel safe staying here and that's important to us. Our beds in our unit were very comfortable and that's number one on my list. We cannot say anything negative about our stay. enjoyed every day we stayed there. Met good people and just enjoyed our time spent there. Looking forward to next February/March.

An overall excellent experience. From initial contact to arrival and stay all interactions with Paradise Properties was prompt, complete and executed in a most efficient and professional manner. Inquiries and calls were returned and answered quickly and completely.

A quiet and pleasant property with everything required for a short or long stay, that is why we are returning next year for two months. We have and will continue to recommend this property to both family and friends.

Venetian Bay is a well maintained community with helpful staff, central location, and security staff that is very conscientious about caring for the neighborhood. Appreciate the Wi-Fi connection.

Excellent working with you and your wife, and of course Angela who was so patient with me. There was a little confusion at first, in that Formosa property manages the upkeep and not you. The operating manuel was a little confusing.

Overall, we really enjoyed our 5 week stay. Our dealings with you were great and as we are not sure at the moment about our plans or needs for winter 2015, we hope to be in contact with you again when we firm up. We may not need such a large house next time, and I checked your site last night and noticed that there are condos available. We will certainly be in touch. Thank you for your assistance.
