-Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first floor has a queen-size bed, cable TV and a shared full bath. The other is upstairs and offers cable TV , a king-sizebed, and a large soaking tub in the bathroom.
-Two additional bedrooms, each with two twin-size beds.
-An additional hall bath
-Family room with sectional sofa, flatscreen cable TV, and DVD/VHS player
-Kitchen equipped with full size appliances and a microwave, small appliances, cookware, and dinnerware
-A full sized washer and Dryer, located upstairs
-Newly renovated with tile floors
-Tile floors in Kitchen, Dining and Living areas
There is a $20per home per day resort fee charged upon arrival to the resort.
Regal Palms Resort and Spa offers many of the same benefits as four-star hotels in Orlando. And when you stay in our privately owned townhouse, you have access to these great amenities:
•Two-acre swimming complex, complete with “lazy river,” water slide, and Jacuzzi The pool complex at Regal Palms Resort & Spa stays open until 11 p.m. With the zero-entry pool, lazy river, and water slide, it's the perfect place to relax, unwind and soothe yourself after a long day in the sun.
•Regal Palms has always offered an on-site spa, fitness center, restaurant and bar. Now there's a daily hair-braiding service, too.
•Full-service clubhouse offering restaurant, sports bar, game room, fitness center, Internet café, gift shop, and day spa
•24-hour check-in and security service.

Processing fee is an additional 5% of rental.

								The people you have working in all areas, poolside, towel service, check in & maintenance are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Who ever is hiring these people is doing a great job. We stayed 63 days and we will actually miss some of these people. My wife and I looked forward to seeing them each day. 								This is out third visit to Regal Palms and we are book for 11 weeks next year. Each year we stay longer. For snow birds looking to winter, it is a great value. This year was below expectations compared to the previous two years due to the change in ownership/management, but we feel confident all will be improved by next year.
