It would have been nice to have someone come in and do some light cleaning a couple of times during the week, but understand why that would be very hard to do. Manager's note: All of our homes are vacation rentals, rather than hotels, so mid stay cleans are not normally done, however, are optional if guests wish to add it as a paid extra.

Things went well!

Team members worked hard to accomodate us as we were required to move during our time in Florida. This team seemed to work day and night to make our stay enjoyable. Thank-you Paradise Property Managers!

The person I booked with I think was Angie was very friendly and helpful.

The unit I rented was a little smaller than expected but was adequate for my needs.I liked the pool and the location was better than expected.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Staff were very respectful and attentive.

Great amenities with the pool and banana jacks. Our unit was sufficient but not extraordinary. We got what we paid for and then some. Would definitely come back but perhaps to a different unit

Angie was awesome, I really appreciated all her help and she was very good at accommodating us for the 3 nights that we needed a place to stay. She also went above and beyond by contacting us when the initial property we put our down payment on was later booked by owner and she offered us other properties for the same price she quoted in the beginning. She was direct and again very helpful.

Again as I said before the property needed some updating. The couches looked like they were need of updating, the bathrooms need some hooks put on the back of the door for somewhere to hang your clothes. Hooks don't cost much but would go a long way. There are other quick fix things that don't cost much but would go along way. Hanger in the closet would also be appreciated. Other than that I would like to try another property at another time. We are thinking about maybe renting a house next time. I would recommend Paradise Properties to family and friends.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, however...the bracelets for pool access never seemed to work and caused frustration, maybe need to implement a new system.

Working with Angie was a great pleasure. Angie made me feel like I was the 1st priority and was extremely helpful.

Overall, we loved staying here. We had 3 families together, and there was plenty of space for the 6 adults & 7 children. I will be recommending this location and this company to everyone. Well worth it.

As this was a substitute property, it is not one we would have chosen due to the small kitchen. With a larger kitchen, we would have considered re-renting as we enjoyed the park.
