En general muy buena, me hubiera gustado como lo dije anteriormente tener un trato mas personal a nuestra llegada no solo por telefono (In very good overall, I would have liked as previously mentioned have a more personal relationship to our arrival not only by phone)

Buena, la casa confortable, en el menaje tener mas vasos, tener un monenillo para batir el chocolate, tener olleta utensilio para prepararlo. (Good, comfortable house, in the tea have more vessels, have a monenillo to stir the chocolate, having olleta or utensil to prepare it.)

They prepared the property perfectly for the guests.

Fast and very helpful.

Everything was great and the kitchen had everything you need except the cooking pots need to be changed. The spa was nice and hot but management need to be more clear on how to warm it up.

Overall the team was good to deal with.

The team members were very pleasant and friendly. It was just a bit hard to get in contact with them.

We had a wonderful stay in the property! We loved the pool and the convenience of having a tv in the bedrooms. All the appliances worked and were in good shape.

Everything was great other than the previous comment that the beds upstairs were hard. However, we would still consider staying again and would recommend to friends.
